In-House Legal prides itself in offering competitive pricing while delivering high quality services and an excellent client experience.

We charge flexible fixed fees based on the type of immigration application required, the experience of the solicitor and the complexity of your specific case, which is why a price range may be specified in the pricing structure below.

An agreed fixed fee will include the below (unless where otherwise stated or agreed);

  • Full start-to-end advice and assistance on the application to be submitted.
  • A full review of all documentary evidence.
  • Drafting of application forms, preparation of submission bundles and full guidance on biometric appointments, with assistance on booking where required. 
  • Assistance throughout the process and procedures of the application up until the point of Home Office decision.
  • Once the Home Office decision has been made, further advice will be provided on next steps where applicable.
