In-House Legal

As expert professionals in immigration law, we take pride in maintaining complete transparency throughout our operations. Our comprehensive in-house legal services extend to businesses seeking assistance, ensuring they receive the necessary support they require.

Expertise

Before joining In-House Legal our Solicitors worked with the world’s leading immigration law firms. This means our Solicitors stem from a small percentile of highly qualified and respected UK immigration experts who have influenced Home Office policies, handled high-networth individuals and managed all aspects of immigration and compliance for notorious global blue chip companies. The same high standard level of service is now provided at In-House Legal but with the added benefit of a more bespoke personal service and affordable fees for our clients.

Transparency

We don’t sugar coat! If the immigration application you are considering is not right for you, we will be upfront and frank in our explanation and if you are willing, guide you down the right path to achieve what is best for you long term. We appreciate there are immigration advisers out there who will abide by your wishes/only protecting your short term interests, pursue expensive but pointless Tribunal appeals and keep you calm by telling you what you want to hear. That’s just not us. We prefer satisfied clients who know they can trust us and its why 90% of our client base come through word-of-mouth recommendations.

In-House services

We provide remote In-House legal services to companies. This is due to our commitment to provide a compliance focused approach to immigration and Sponsor Licences. Our In-House style of support means that we are ‘on-call’ and always available to provide on-hand support to our clients, often, with no fuss and at no extra charge.

Full Assistance

We only provide full assistance support meaning we will hold your hand and guide you through the process, for a reasonable fixed fee from start to finish, offering unlimited zoom calls and consultations along the way. We do not accept instructions for part assistance. We are control freaks and need to ensure the application is done properly from start to finish.
